Dear Parents and Students,
I am excited to join the staff of ACHS. Our staff has been working hard to create some common sense initiatives to help improve our student experience while also raising the standard in all avenues. We are going to focus on increasing student achievement while also creating a fun and inviting high school experience.
We believe that school safety is paramount and we are continually working with our local law enforcement to make sure that our school is safe and secure. We will continually monitor and adjust our protocols to make sure that all students are safe while attending school!
Students who get involved in an activity in high school are nearly 15% more likely to graduate high school, so we will strongly encourage our students to get involved in an extracurricular activity. We will strive to continue greatness through our athletics, fine arts, and clubs. ACHS is known statewide for excelling in these areas and we will push to maintain our status quo, but will find ways that we can go from great to excellent!
