They provide support for citizens impacted by COVID-19 via telephone 7 days a week from 8am to 11pm. Their services include the following services for FREE:
1. Assisting individuals in understanding their current situations and reactions to COVID-19
2. Discussing stress management and coping skills when dealing with isolation, high feelings of stress, depression, and being overwhelmed and
3. Providing links to referrals and community resources

Registration Information for ACHS:
For students entering the Appling County Public School System, the following information MUST be provided at the time of registration:
·1. A copy of the student's birth certificate
·2. Up-to-date immunization on Georgia form
·3. Eye, ear, and dental exam results on Georgia form
·4. A copy of a utility bill with the student's living address (Proof of Residency)
·5. A copy of the student's social security card
•6. All academic and disciplinary record

The ACHS application is used with many local scholarships. Fill it out one time and have Mrs. Creamer complete the bottom portion. Getting it in early is less work for you during the deadline dates for scholarships.
